WHAT IS IT?

An extension of the manufacturer's warranty, an additional 2 years (24 months).

· Coverage period begins at the end of the legal guarantee (36 months).

· ONLINE must be activated within the first 12 months from the date of purchase of the product.< /p>

HOW IT WORKS

· The customer will have to choose the service that corresponds to the value of the product purchased.

· Once the purchase is completed you will receive an email with the activation code.

· Once the code is received you will have to activate it directly from the web www.garantia3.es

· Garantía3 will send you an email confirming correct activation.

· Subsequently, when the user needs to request assistance, they will contact garantia3 through www.garantia3.es by filling in the online form; or by writing an email to asistencia@garantia3.es; or by calling the toll-free number 900 838033. You will be asked for a copy of the Brico Guarantee3 certificate and the product purchase receipt, for data verification.

The user will receive confirmation of the repair request number and the details of the technical assistance service procedure by email or by phone.
