Technical Characteristics: 

• 10g bag.
• Medium-sized plant with curly, thin and abundant leaves.
• Grown mainly for its bitter taste and its use in salads. We can find varieties with curly leaves and whole leaves.
• Germination from 6 to 8 days with a soil temperature of 15º.
• Cultivation method in a seedbed or directly, and later transplanting to a 40x25cm frame.
• Properties: Contains fiber, 94% water so it contains hardly any calories, vitamins A, C, B1 and B2, minerals such as: calcium, potassium, sodium, iron, proteins and carbohydrates.
•  We will sow from May to September and harvest from 2 to 5 months.
