Drilling: First drill the damaged thread with a RUKO twist drill.
It should be noted that larger holes are required for thread forming devices.
Verify that the tap and threaded stud in the ProCoil kit have the same thread and pitch. 2.
Tapping: The new retaining thread is now cut with a tap into the drilled hole, the use of cutting oil is recommended. 3.
Mounting the threaded bushing: Insert the bushing into the screwing tool.
Make sure the retaining pin seats in the slot opening and the snap ring is tight.
Now, turn the threaded bushing in the direction of the thread by exerting slight pressure. Warning: DO NOT turn in the opposite direction, the pin may break. 4.
Pin breakage: Remove the screwdriving tool and break the retaining pin with the pin break chuck.
The new thread with ProCoil threaded bushing is now ready to use.
