Le doy una estrella porque no me deja quitarle todas, compré una piscina de acero en enero del 2023, con dos veranos de uso le hemos visto varios pinchazos, hago un pedido de parches ( pone que hay en stock) que llegaban del 4 al 7 y estamos a 10 y me contestan que no ha salido aún por falta de stock, es al reclamar este pedido donde me doy cuenta que el liner está en garantía ( el acero 4 años y el resto de componentes 2 años), les comento esto y me contestan que el liner solo tiene 6 meses, les mando una copia de la garantía donde dice claramente que son 2 años y las fotos de los agujeros y les pido que rectifiquen, me contestan que el liner llegó bien de sus almecenes con lo cual es por mi mal uso. Ahora me pregunto porqué dos años de garantía si solo te cubre el día que la recibes. Comentar que la piscina solo la uso yo y mi marido, somos personas adultas y la hemos cuidado de más porque estábamos encantados. Compraré un liner pero por supuesto que no a esta empresa. Espero que os sirva de preaviso a futuros clientes este comentario.

los liner son elementos que sufren desgaste debido a la climatologia y a los químicos utilizados durante la temporada. Además si no se guarda adecuadamente durante el invierno se estropean. Debido a eso la fabrica da una garantía de solo 6 meses.

Llego bien aunque con unos días de retraso debido a la pandemia. Aún esta pendiente de revisar por dentro hasta que la monte ya que la montaré cuando haga bueno para bañarse. Por lo demas todo bien.
