Parsley, in addition to being used as a condiment in cooking, also has medicinal properties. It is used for fluid retention, urinary infections, kidney stones, constipation and gas.
Parsley cultivation is simple. It adapts better to warm climates. The plants that are sown in summer take about 16 days to sprout, the best months to do so are from February to September. Before planting the seeds should be soaked 24 hours.
