PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

To unload palletized merchandise over 2.4m long, the customer must have the necessary means such as a lift or support personnel for manual unloading. It is not the responsibility or job of the carrier to download orders of these characteristics or transport the package inside the home or premises, unless the installation of the product had been expressly contracted.

In the case of wooden houses on pallets over 2.4m long, the unloading will have to be expressly the responsibility of the customer, since these measures exceed the width of the truck and it is impossible to unload by transpallet from the rear. The delivery of all palletized orders will be at street level only if the package does not exceed 2.4m in length. If the client prefers, it can be delivered to the nearest delegation according to destination for subsequent transfer, in any case, the transport company is obliged to enter the package inside the address or upload it to an apartment.

1.- Check that the contents of the delivery note correspond to the expected merchandise.

2.- Confirm that the packaging is in perfect condition at the time of receipt, this includes full metal strapping without missing or repaired cuts, also check that there are no openings in the gray plastic film that wraps the entire package. And verify that the package apparently does not reveal any anomaly.

3.- If you consider that the product does not come in conditions you must always record in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, clearly explaining the incidence and take photographs that reflect the problem. ATTENTION: IT IS NOT VALID TO POINT. "EXCEPT EXAMINATION OR PENDING REVIEW", when the poor conditions are manifest, it should be much more specific including explanatory text and ultimately contact our company or refuse reception.
