At Brycus you can find a wide range of products to suit your needs, such as stones of different sizes and colours, volcanic stone, pine bark and river sand.
The most modern and economical way to decorate surfaces is with decorative aggregates.
Aggregate is distinguished from other materials by its chemical stability and mechanical strength and is characterised by its size. Mineral substances used as raw materials in industrial processes are not considered aggregates because of their chemical composition.
At Brycus we sell aggregate of natural, artificial or recycled origin.
Natural aggregate is that which comes from the working of a deposit and which has only been subjected to mechanical processes.
The rocks from which natural aggregates are extracted are:
- Calcareous sedimentary rocks (limestone and dolomite)
- Sands and gravels
- Igneous and metamorphic rocks (granite, basalt and quartzite).
Artificial aggregate is that which comes from an industrial process and has undergone some physico-chemical or other modification.
Recycled aggregate is aggregate resulting from the recycling of demolition or construction waste and rubble.
