La marca Igloo es experta en neveras portátiles con una gran variedad de modelos y funcionalidades para todo tipo de personas. En el año 1947 Igloo empezó como un pequeño taller que se dedicaba a la fabricación de termos de metal como alternativa a los termos de madera que usaban mayormente los trabajadores de la construcción y de los campos de petroleo de Texas, EEUU. Igloo contaba con tan solo 2 empleados. Pero todo comenzó en los años 60 cuando se sustituyeron los termos de metal por los de plástico y entraron en el mercado las neveras que todos conocemos y apreciamos sobretodo en verano. Hoy día Igloo cuenta con una gran variedad de neveras portátiles, como su nevera cónica Play Mate que tanto nos encanta. Igloo ofrece neveras portátiles para tu tipo de público, gustos y colores; neveras de playa, neveras con ruedas, mini neveras y neveras portátiles.
In 1947 Igloo began as a small workshop that was dedicated to the manufacture of metal thermos as an alternative to the wooden thermos used mostly by construction workers and oil fields in Texas, USA. Igloo had only 2 employees.
But it all started in the 60s when the metal thermoses were replaced by the plastic ones and the refrigerators that we all know and appreciate especially in the summer entered the market.
Today Igloo has a wide variety of portable refrigerators , such as its Play Mate conical fridge that we love so much.
