Shanghu Abrasive Factory founded by Mr. Chaosheng Xu in Shanghu Village becomes one of the few industrial enterprises in Yongkang County. In the beginning, the factory employs only 10 workers to produce abrasive discs and has a very small production scale. Products can only be shipped through the post office and the annual sales amount was approximately RMB 100,000 ($ 14,000).
