Pinching, throughout the growing season, cutting two leaves when the stem has developed 6 to 8 leaves.
WIRING
Spring Summer.
Situation: In areas with a Mediterranean climate, locate outside, in full sun all year round. In colder areas it can lose its leaf during winter, becoming a deciduous tree, sprouting again in spring.
Irrigation: abundantly in summer and moderately in spring.
Curiosities: Elm wood is very resistant to drying. It is very resistant when permanently submerged, which is why it is used for the manufacture of ships, bridges, piles, dikes, decking in the open and carpentry in general.
