It should be done when two new leaves appear, leaving one and cutting another. It is advisable to observe where the bud that we leave when pinching the leaf is, since it is the one that marks the growth of the new branch.

WIRING

Spring and fall. It is a tree with vigorous growth, so it must be ensured that the wire does not stick to the branches.

Curiosities

Medicinal plant, used as a laxative in some places. The wood is used in the construction of snowshoes and skis.
