On this occasion we encourage you to try a very rich recipe of Italian origin to conquer your guests. This dessert, as it is cold, can be prepared in a very short time. You will only need it to rest in the fridge a few hours before serving it or from one day to the next.
Tiramisu is a sweet dish that is prepared in layers, with a very fresh and intense taste of coffee and cheese that will put the finishing touch to a delicious lunch or dinner.
To make it, we encourage you to go for around, detachable, stainless steel, non-stick mold. This type of mold is the best for this dessert, so we can easily assemble the layers and let it rest. At the moment of serving it, we can easily remove it from the mould without running the risk of breaking the cake.
We start by making the coffee, for this we use a quality coffee as it will be what gives the characteristic taste to this dessert. We let the coffee cool down in a bowl.
Separate the whites from the egg yolks and assemble the whites to the point of snow with the help of electric or manual rods.
In another bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar until it becomes whiter. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix slowly to form a smooth cream. Then add the egg whites with a wrap-around motion (bottom to top).
It's time to put the dessert in the mold. To do this, place a base of sunflower cookies at the base of the mold and moisten it with coffee using a pastry brush. It should be well moistened so that it is juicy.
On top of this, add a generous layer of the cheese mixture. Cover again with cookies and wet with coffee. Spread the cream again. Repeat the process until you are finished with the biscuits and cream, finishing with a good layer of cheese.
Sprinkle the last layer with cocoa powder and pass it through a sieve. Leave to cool for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Serve a good piece of tiramisu and enjoy this delicious Italian dessert.
